Hello, I have been going to this pizza joint for a little over two years now, the decaying quality of this pizza place is quite noticeable. Beware uneven slices and careless service. Walked in and asked for a pizza on a plate “got there and asked for a slice but since I go there more than twice a week and have noticed that there is a charge for a to go box now, I asked them on the plate unfortunately the young man in the beanie when asked for my number since they need to add a phone number to all to go orders, and I told them I don’t want to give my number he said “ I’m sorry but I can’t remove the charge”, then I told him cancel the whole order and ring me a slice but he said he couldn’t, obviously these kids are being poorly trained or not trained at all, noticing that he couldn’t or didn’t know what to do anything, since he kept blowing air, i just told him ok do what you gotta do, he told me it would be more than twenty minutes, since they had to stretch the dough and other things that I didn’t understand, I gave him 30 minutes and came back for my slice, got my slice and I immediately sensed a smell of raw dough, I pinched the edge and sure and right the dough was raw. The Pizza Joint delivered one of the most middle‑of‑the‑road experiences you can have with a pie. The pizza itself was average, with undercooked dough that made each slice feel a little limp. The terrible cuts didn’t help either — not a single slice was cut through all the way. The sauce was tasteless, offering nothing to elevate the bite. But there were a few bright spots. The toppings were great for the price, and I’ll give them bonus points for having roasted red peppers, which are always a win in my book. Still, even good toppings can’t fully rescue a pizza that’s struggling at its base. The long wait time didn’t do the experience any favors. By the time the pizza arrived, the excitement had already cooled off more than the dough. Overall, this is the most average pizza you can get — not terrible, not great, just… there.

Had a Slice to go the slice was big, the pizza dough was great crunchy with good flavor, the peperoni didn't have the pepperoni kick the cheese was decent not to light nor heavy, but what was terrible was the pizza sauce its was like soared it might of been bad but I didn't like it one bit & since its my lunch to go, I was gone before eating it, would go back no I don't think so.

This downtown pizzeria is such a local staple — the kind of spot that always seems to be open (midnight closings, thank you!) and forever buzzing with that hipster-y, artsy vibe. They host events, sling great pies, and their veg/vegan options are actually delicious. I tried the vegan chorizo made by Kicha Foods (an El Paso gem with all those fun chile-forward flavors), and oh my god… incredible. A must-stop for late-night pizza lovers and plant-based folks alike.
